Monday   Red Beans & Rice, A Classic New Orleans Monday special!  Cajun style beans simmered with Veggies, Ham and our own handmade Andouille sausage.  Topped with Veggi Rice and Kielbasa Sausage. 

Today we offer Red Beans three ways!

A Cup with one of our freshly created Sandwiches.

Snake River Farms Kuorbuta Pork Loin in our Pork, Peppers & Onions Sandwich, our lunch sandwich special today!  A guest favourite!

For dinner tonight we serve our Chicken Tetrazzini over Egg Noodles and topped with a Parmesan Crisp.  This meal is served with a Garden Salad and freshly baked Bread.

Tuesday

Shepard's Stew Pot Pie with a Garden Salad!  Snake River Farms Pork and Double R Ranch Beef in a savory sauce with vegetables simmered to perfection and served between a freshly baked Puff Pastry Shell!  Our Garden Salad of Organic Greens comes with your choice of one of our made from scratch dressings!

Southern Syle Ham Open Faced Sandwich.  Sugar Cured Ham topped with our creamy spicy Turkey sausage gravy topped with Bacon Bits.  Handmashed Potatoes& Sage Nut Dressing topped with Creamy Country Gravy and Baby Carrots.  Sure to warm your soul!

For Dinner enjoy our Turkey Meatloaf!  A twist on the traditional meatloaf, this has to be one of the comfort food adventures, sure to please!  Served with Hand Mashed Potatoes, and Sage Nut Dressing topped with Creamy Country Corn Gravy, Sauteed Kale.  A garden Salad & freshly baked Bread come along with the Dinner!

 Wednesday  

Kobe Meat & Cheese Roulade served two ways!

As a Salad Platter. Snake River Farms Kobe Beef rolled with Provolone Mozarella Cheese and Sausage baked, sliced and served with a Garden Salad and freshly baked Bread.

As a Dinner. Snake River Farms Kobe Beef rolled with Provolone Mozarella Cheese and Sausage baked, sliced and served with Creamy Coleslaw, Handmashed Potatoes topped with Burgundy Mushroom Gravy, a Garden Salad and freshly baked Bread.

Tuscan Meatball Sandwich is our lunch special sandwich today.  Tender Meatballs are topped with our own Tuscan style Tomato Sauce and Parmesan Cheese.  We served this today with our Garden Salad, your choice of our made from scratch salad dressings!

 Thursday  

Pork Chile Verde is our Stew Special today!  We combine tender pork with tomatillos and chiles and simmer it for hours.  This meal comes with a Garden Salad and freshly baked Bread.  One of the great tastes that we love serving you!

One of our personal favourites is our Cuban Style Picadillo Sandwich which we are serving today with a cup of our Cream of Broccoli Soup.

For Dinner tonight enjoy our Jamaican Chicken Dinner! An Apple Almond stuffed Chicken breast served on a bed of Veggie Rice and topped with our Marsala Jerk sauce that we named our "Bob Marley" sauce.  This meal comes with a Garden Salad & freshly baked bread!

Friday 

 New England Clam Chowder topped with handmashed Potatoes and served  with a Garden Salad & freshly baked Bread.

Alaskan Salmon Loaf and a Garden Salad Platter served with freshly baked Bread.  Until you try this, you will not know what you have been missing.  Scratch made and topped with a Creamy Vermouth Sweet Pea Gravy!  

For dinner tonight, Bistro Beef Stroganoff served over Egg Noodles, with a Garden Salad & freshly baked Bread.  Stroganoff came to American in the 50's and is attributed to the chef of Count Stroganoff - we are delighted it came, as will you be, if you choose it as your meal!

 Saturday 

NEW!!!!!    Paco Sanchez's Pretty Good Pork Shank Supper!  Think delicious!  We take a Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork Shank and braise it for hours, then serve it on a bed of HandMashed Potates topped with our Chiptole Tomatillo Sauce.  Served with a Garden Salad, your choice of handcrafted salad dressings and freshly baked Bread!  Treat yourself!!

Crawfish Etouffee!  Transport yourself  back to New Orleans with our scratch made Etouffee.  We start with slowly crafted Lobster stock and continue in the traditional fashion!  Treat your taste buds!  This meal comes with a Garden Salad & freshly baked bread.

Bistro Quiche Lorraine or Veggie Quiche, freshly baked and served with a Garden Salad , and your choice of one of our handcrafted salad dressings!

Sunday 

We proudly serve all natural Snake River Farms Kuorbuta Pork Loin Supper all Day!  Blushing Applesauce, Handmashed Potatoes, Creamy country corn Gravy, a Garden Salad & freshly baked Bread!
