Capitol City Public Market is every Saturday from 9 am to 1:30 pm!  Great Parking is available in the Wells Fargo Bank Parking Lot, directly below our restaurant!  First hour is free!!!  See you then!

Our garden area is available for parties, wedding receptions, bridal showers and family reunions!  A great spot for a gathering!

Monday  

White Bean & Clam Chowder and a Garden Salad. A delicious Bistro Stew served topped with chopped Cilantro.  This meal comes with freshly baked Bread.

Red Beans & Rice, A Classic New Orleans Monday special!  Cajun style beans simmered with Veggies, Ham and our own handmade Andouille sausage.  Topped with Veggi Rice and Kielbasa Sausage. 

Today we offer Red Beans three ways!

A Cup with one of our freshly created Sandwiches.

A Cup with a Garden Salad & freshly baked bread.

A Bowl & freshly baked bread.Any way you have it, our Red Beans are sure to please! 

Turkey Pot Roast Dinner is served tonight starting at 5pm. Tender chunks of Turkey in its own juices are served with Hand Mashed Potatoes, Sage Nut Dressing these topped with Creamy Country Corn Gravy. Sauteed Kale, a Garden Salad and freshly baked bread accompany this meal!

   Tuesday  

Cashew Chicken Salad Sandwich is served as our lunch special today with a cup of Cream of Broccoli Soup. If you haven't tried this combination- do yourself a favor and try it! It is delicious!

Meatloaf Alfredo is our dinner spical this evening ican BBQ Chicken Dinner is our newest Special.  Our hand cut Chicken halves are baked with a Honey Chipotle glaze and served Picnic Style with Rum Pot Beans and Creamy Coleslaw.  A Garden Salad and freshly baked Bread come with this dinner special!  Sure to delight you!         

  Wednesday

for lunch today we are serving our Ham Slawwich Sandwich with a Garden Salad - your choice of Bistro scratch made dressings!

Snake River Farms Kobe Beef is featured today in our Kobe Meat & Cheese Roulade - served two ways!            

As a Salad Platter. Snake River Farms Kobe Beef rolled with Provolone Mozarella Cheese and Sausage baked, sliced and served with a Garden Salad and freshly baked Bread.

As a Dinner. Snake River Farms Kobe Beef rolled with Provolone Mozarella Cheese and Sausage baked, sliced and served with Creamy Coleslaw, Handmashed Potatoes topped with Burgundy Mushroom Gravy, a Garden Salad and freshly baked Bread.

 Thursday  

Bistro Cheesesteak Sandwich - Think East Coast, as this sandwich was inspired by that part of the American world and its great fare! Served today "Picnic Style" with Rum Pot Beans and Creamy Coleslaw!

Shepard's Stew Pot Pie - Chunks of Double R Ranch Beef and Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork are braised with Veggies in this delicious Bistro stew and served between a Puff Pastry shell, topped with parsley. A Garden Salad with your choice of dressings and freshly baked bread accompany this meal.

For dinner tonight we will be serving our Bistro Beef Stroganoff - classically made and ladled over Egg Noodles.   This meal comes with a Garden Salad and freshly baked Bread. 

Friday  

New England Clam Chowder is our traditional Eastern Chowder which we top with a scoop of Mashed Potatoes and freshly chopped Italian parsley. We serve this with a Garden Salad & freshly baked Bread. It is also delicious with our Sugar Cured Ham Sandwich!

For lunch we offer our Alaskan Salmon Loaf and a Garden Salad Platter served with freshly baked Bread.  Until you try this, you will not know what you have been missing.  Scratch made and topped with a Creamy Vermouth Sweet Pea Gravy!  

For Dinner enjoy our

  Saturday   Market Day Hours - We open at 8:30 am for freshly baked Muffins & Mimosas!  Irish Coffee!

Bistro Crawfish Etouffee!  From our scratch made Lobster stock, we craft our Etouffee in the classic manner and turn out a wonderful dish!  Enjoy it as a Dinner with a Garden Salad & freshly baked Bread or a Cup with a Garden Salad. 

Paco Sanchez's "Super Good" Pork Shank Supper!! Think delicious!  We braise a Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork Shank to tender perfection and serve it on a bed of Hand Mashed Potatoes topped with Chipotle Tomatillo Sauce. This meal is served with a Garden Salad, handcrafted salad dressings and freshly baked Bread!  Treat yourself!
