Events...

Our final Spring wine class is this  February 23rd at 6pm!  We end our February South of the Equator wine classes with a visit to the wines of South Africa.    Join us for hors d'oeuvres and wines as Brad Cowan of Idaho Wine Merchant shares his knowledge and great wine choices. 

 

Our garden area is available for parties, wedding receptions, bridal showers and family reunions!  A great spot for a gathering!

who can't be Home Cooking!!

Wine class this Thursday is our tasting of the wines of South Africa! 

Monday   Red Beans & Rice, A Classic New Orleans Monday special!  Cajun style beans simmered with Veggies, Ham and our own handmade Andouille sausage.  Topped with Veggi Rice and Kielbasa Sausage. 

Today we offer Red Beans three ways!

A Cup with one of our freshly created Sandwiches.

A Cup with a Garden Salad & freshly baked bread.

A Bowl & freshly baked bread.Any way you have it, our Red Beans are sure to please! 

Southern Syle Ham Open Faced Sandwich.  Sugar Cured Ham in topped with our creamy spicy Turkey sausage gravy topped with Bacon Bits.  Handmashed Potatoes & Sage Nut Dressing topped with Creamy Country Gravy and Baby Carrots.  Sure to warm your soul!

Turkey Tettrazzini served over Egg Noodles and topped with a Parmesan Crisp.  This sure to delight meal comes with a Garden Salad! 

For Dinner Tonight we are serving our Raspberry Chipotle Pork Loin - all natural Kurobuta Pork from Snake River Farms- which comes with our Flame Roasted Apples, Hand mashed Potatoes topped with Creamy Country Corn Gravy, a Garden Salad and Freshly Baked Bread!

 Tuesday   Fat Tuesday at the Bistro!

Snake River Farms all natural Pork served in our Pork Po'Boy Sandwich  which you can enjoy with out Cajun Gumbo or Red Beans & Rice!

Reuben Hamwich served today with our Mardi Gras!   Our mardi gras is our Calico Bean Salad - Veggi Rice combination, which we think is a "party in a bowl"!

Meatloaf Alfredo is our tasty twist on a traditional meatloaf and this dinner offering is served with Hand mashed Potatoes and Sage Nut Dressing topped with our Creamy Country Corn gravy & sauteed Kale.  A Garden Salad and freshly baked bread complete this meal!

 Wednesday  

Bistro Pork Pozole is our version of a favourite traditional Southwestern Stew.  Today we served this scratch made stew with a Garden Salad & freshly baked Bread!

Snake River Farms Kobe Beef is featured today in our Kobe Meat & Cheese Roulade - served two ways!

As a Salad Platter. Snake River Farms Kobe Beef rolled with Provolone Mozarella Cheese and Sausage baked, sliced and served with a Garden Salad and freshly baked Bread.

As a Dinner. Snake River Farms Kobe Beef rolled with Provolone Mozarella Cheese and Sausage baked, sliced and served with Creamy Coleslaw, Handmashed Potatoes topped with Burgundy Mushroom Gravy, a Garden Salad and freshly baked Bread.

 Thursday   WINE TASTING AT 6 TONIGHT!

Bistro Cheesesteak sandwich served with a cup of our Beef & Barley soup!  A great pairing of tastes!

Chicken Mulligatawny Pot Pie with a Garden Salad!  Braised chicken sauteed with vegetables, simmered to perfection in a curry sauce and served between a freshly baked Puff Pastry Shell! Our Garden Salad of Organic Greens comes with your choice of one of our made from scratch dressings!

For Dinner tonight enjoy our Jamaican Chicken Dinner! An Apple Almond stuffed Chicken breast served on a bed of Veggie Rice and topped with our Marsala Jerk sauce that we named our "Bob Marley" sauce. This meal comes with a Garden Salad & freshly baked bread!

Friday 

Alaskan Salmon Loaf and a Garden Salad Platter served with freshly baked Bread.  Until you try this, you will not know what you have been missing.  Scratch made and topped with a Creamy Vermouth Sweet Pea Gravy!  

Alaskan Salmon Loaf topped with a Creamy Vermouth Sweet Pea Gravy also comes on a Supper with Creamy Coleslaw, Hand Mashed Potatoes topped with Creamy Corn Gravy, Baby Carrots & freshly baked Bread.

 Bistro White Bean & Clam Chowder is a creamy delight topped with freshly choped cilantro.  WE serve this witha Garden Salad & freshly baked Bread.

For Dinner tonight we are serving our Turkey Pot Roast!  Slowly simmered Turkey in its own au jus, served with Veggie Rice, Sauteed Kale, a Garden Salad & freshly Baked Bread!

 Saturday 

Crawfish Etouffee!  Transport yourself  back to New Orleans with our scratch made Etouffee.  We start with slowly crafted Lobster stock and continue in the traditional fashion!  Treat your taste buds!  This meal comes with a Garden Salad & freshly baked bread.

Bistro Quiche Lorraine or Veggie Quiche, freshly baked and served with a Garden Salad , and your choice of one of our handcrafted salad dressings!

NEW!!!!!    Paco Sanchez's SUPER Good Pork Shank Supper!  Think delicious!  We take a Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork Shank and braise it for hours, then serve it on a bed of HandMashed Potates topped with our Chiptole Tomatillo Sauce.  Served with a Garden Salad, your choice of handcrafted salad dressings and freshly baked Bread!  Treat yourself!!
